> 3 dayNot a terribly expensive laptop but not a terribly well built laptop either. Everything is cheap plastic, the keys feel like they could snap at any moment and the screens a little glitchy.

Greater than one weekI just bought this computer after my Asus Flip (that I paid half the price of this computer, refurbished) bit the dust after 5 years. Im currently having to teach online due to Covid, and while the screen is great, the webcam seems blurry and not clear at all. Im also disappointed in the speaker quality. Its slightly louder than my old laptop, but not by much.

Greater than one weekThis laptop was exactly what I was looking for. It arrived a day sooner than expected and I had no issues with packaging. Im not super knowledgeable about computers but I had information from a really helpful person at a big electronics chain. This laptop had everything he said I should look for. I am not a gamer, I use it for grad school and everyday stuff so it is perfect for me. I have only had it for a few days, but so far I love it. At this point, I would definitely recommend it!

> 3 dayI bought this computer in 2020 as a backup and only used it for 30 minutes just to make sure it worked. Turned it off, put it back in the box and left it until I needed it for a trip 3 months ago. I have now been using it for just 3 months -- so the computer has been used for 3 months and 30 minutes, basically. And this morning, I plugged it in and it blew up.

Greater than one weekI was a bit disappointed in myself for not noticing it didnt have a number pad on the right side, in which I had to purchase one cuz well, I just dont like using the numbers across the top. I use the pad too much to use the across the top. I also didnt notice it didnt have anywhere to insert a CD or DVD. So had to buy that too! Ugh. Lesson learned.

> 3 dayI use a Mac computer as my home computer and love it; but I needed a medical program that would work only on a PC and was told to purchase this particular one. I ordered two computers, one for a friend who needed the same program and received the computers just before Thanksgiving. I wasut was packing to move, so I didnt use it until after Christmas and for only the one program, which I have used about 8 times. Two days ago, I tried to open the program, and it wouldnt open. I have spent several hours trying to solve the problem, but a computer tech told me it was a problem with my computer since it wouldnt open any programs. Unfortunately, the warranty only was for a couple of months and expired ten days ago.

> 3 dayThis has to be one of the worst laptops Ive owned. Ive had nothing but problems and I have owned since July 20th of last year. First the laptop didnt want to charge after 2 hours with hp it it got fixed. A month later the screen shuts off randomly, factory reset the laptop then its fine. Now go to turn it on today and it runs for 5 min then shuts off. Now it wont even turn on. I use this computer at my home for maybe 3 hours a day for YouTube and emails and its been nothing but issues. Ill never own another hp product again. Will update once I spend another headache dealing with customer support
