> 3 dayI purchased this for my son for distant learning. Every hour, NOT exaggerating, he has to reboot because the computer freezes. We tried updates and that didn’t work either. He cannot participate in school chats because the computer lags so badly. My daughter has a Dell that we bought from the Microsoft store and it works perfectly. It’s frustrating enough to be home schooling during these times, this is the LAST thing I need. Now, the left side of the mouse has lifted and is no longer operable.

> 3 dayI use a Mac computer as my home computer and love it; but I needed a medical program that would work only on a PC and was told to purchase this particular one. I ordered two computers, one for a friend who needed the same program and received the computers just before Thanksgiving. I wasut was packing to move, so I didnt use it until after Christmas and for only the one program, which I have used about 8 times. Two days ago, I tried to open the program, and it wouldnt open. I have spent several hours trying to solve the problem, but a computer tech told me it was a problem with my computer since it wouldnt open any programs. Unfortunately, the warranty only was for a couple of months and expired ten days ago.

Greater than one weekI have has to reinstall the operating system twice in the last six months. I told HP Support I wanted a new one and they said no, I had to go through Amazon and that they would not replace. Im so disgusted.

Greater than one weekProblems started about 1 month after purchase. 1day after return date,of course!!! Freezes every 5 minutes or so. Tech support,NO help so far. Also had trouble getting it to charge. Had to get tech support twice. Big mistake!!!
