> 3 dayI love the size , looks like a notebook ,but no its laptop...with all the bell and whistle. It has touch screen (how cool is that). It has Cortana . ( she talks to you). Wirless to your printer and mouse. OH! did I mention the size perfect.

06-04-2025We’ve only had the laptop up and running for 2 days, but so far it’s running great. We switched out of “s” mode with no trouble so we could use it with my daughter’s virtual schooling.

> 3 dayThis has to be one of the worst laptops Ive owned. Ive had nothing but problems and I have owned since July 20th of last year. First the laptop didnt want to charge after 2 hours with hp it it got fixed. A month later the screen shuts off randomly, factory reset the laptop then its fine. Now go to turn it on today and it runs for 5 min then shuts off. Now it wont even turn on. I use this computer at my home for maybe 3 hours a day for YouTube and emails and its been nothing but issues. Ill never own another hp product again. Will update once I spend another headache dealing with customer support

> 3 dayI have has to reinstall the operating system twice in the last six months. I told HP Support I wanted a new one and they said no, I had to go through Amazon and that they would not replace. Im so disgusted.

> 3 dayI just bought this computer after my Asus Flip (that I paid half the price of this computer, refurbished) bit the dust after 5 years. Im currently having to teach online due to Covid, and while the screen is great, the webcam seems blurry and not clear at all. Im also disappointed in the speaker quality. Its slightly louder than my old laptop, but not by much.
