i tried install my Norton but i can not. First I need app from store but this windows dont let it download

My son had been asking for a gaming set up for forever. I refused (he has 3 different Nintendo gaming systems already). Then along comes Covid & distance learning. Sooo I decided to shop for a laptop that has gaming capabilities; 2 birds, one stone. Much less expensive & a greater value than a gaming computer. The touch screen is an added bonus & truly comes in handy. It truly is light weight so if he needs help with homework he can bring it to me or he can game on the go. For the price it truly did exceed my expectations.

Did not like Windows S. Battery life not mentioned in specs and only about 5 or 6 hours.

I love how lightweight this laptop is. Its great and gets the job done whilst being easy to transport. Im very happy!

Very disappointed with this laptop . It has a cheap look and feel. Secondly, the finger pad (mouse) area gave me problem after only 2 months !!!!!

I liked this laptap until it quit working after 10 days.I could not access the internet.I thought it was an internet problem until I found out my older laptap could access the internet.Tried all the fixes on the new laptop and nothing worked.Went through the trouble shooter which informed me it was a bad driver.My older laptop is over 3 yeasrs old and was a replacement as the original went out after 3 days.Both models were of HP manufacture.I reordered a different brand because of this..Hopefully this solves my problem.
