We used to rig comforters to cover the window to make the hotel room dark enough. It never worked well and my son never slept well. We finally caved and got this slumber pod and can say it’s worth every penny. We have used it multiple times and it’s pitch black and my baby sleeps perfectly. We can now share a room and blast his sound machine and watch tv while he is sleeping. Love this!

This is my first Amazon review but this product deserves it! I can’t put a price on sleeping through the night… it may be pricey but it freaking works! We’re on our way home from a trip and both nights my toddler slept through the night and stayed in his pack and play. He had climbed out recently and wakes up regularly, I needed something to help with those issues. Not only did he stay in, he wanted to get in it, and he slept until 9 AM!!!!! Buy it, you won’t be disappointed! The only negative is set up takes a few minutes. It’s not hard, just takes a little while. 10/10!

We really wanted this product to work so our child could have her own space when traveling and staying in hotels. However, two main things were problematic for us - first, it does not fit over a crib - only a pack-n-play. We prefer to get cribs when at hotels as they are usually more comfortable for our child and that immediately ruled this out for us. Second, the inside gets pretty hot - even with the added fan attachment. We were too worried about it getting too warm, so we chose to return this.

Very easy to build, packs down to carry-on size package. It does get warm inside but we just remove one layer and set the fan to the highest setting. We bought the slumber pod and fan bundle. The only con is the camera pouch is plastic and if your camera isn’t heavy enough the plastic will obscure the image but I just cut the plastic and used bag clips to hold up our Kasa camera. Overall highly recommend

So far our 7 mo old is sleeping great in it (first time at nap today), but there is a stitching defect as shown in the photos. One of the top sleeves that needs to hold the rod was stitched closed and cannot be used without cutting a hole.

We used this to keep our toddler, “separate” from our other two kids as they all were sharing a room while on vacation. This works extremely well, however this is best put up with two people. It did not get too hot inside, and has a place for a fan and a baby monitor. All and all I would recommend.

My toddler is a little bit afraid of it being zipped, but she thinks it is very cool otherwise. We are having another little one in March 2023 and we will be using it more for travel and even at home when baby sleeps in our room. Overall, I would recommend for parents who have kids who need dark room for sleep/naps.

This product does exactly what is says it will do. Complete blackout, easy(ish) to put together, small enough for traveling. Even fits over the actual crib, not just pack & play. A few cons: -Heavy -horrible chemical smell. Even after washing. -scared toddler. Needed to play around in it a few times before attempting a nap again. -the monitor has a slight glare and is very zoomed in due to it being so close to the crib. Overall happy with the product.

This worked great, it fit nicely over our pack n play and is dark inside with all the flaps closed. The only issue we had was the fan. The pocket they put in the tent for the fan doesnt hold it up or anything so it gets really poor airflow inside and winds up very muggy with all the doors closed? We ended up just hooking it to the top of the pocket and leaving the zippers open so there was good airflow inside the tent. But the pocket for the fan is not ideal. Otherwise it was awesome, she loves having her own tent and it was awesome for traveling.
