> 3 dayThe springs are amazing, add in BL or CR touch and youll almost never have to level your bed again. The extruder upgrade is needed no matter what. The oem plastic WILL break.

> 3 dayAll the components in this kit are well made and easy to install. I installed these on the Creality Ender 3 Pro and they are much better than what came with the printer.

Greater than one weekI recently ordered a Creality Ender 3 v2 as my first venture into the 3D printing world. A friend of mine recently did the same and recommended upgrading a few things right out of the gate. He recommended better bed springs and possibly a better extruder. I ordered this kit which included both of those items. I immediately installed them during the initial build of the printer when it arrived. Because I installed them straight away I have nothing to compare them to so I don’t have a judge of how much better they are than the factory ones. What I do know it the bed levels fairly easily and seems to maintain throughout the print. I usually always re-level the bed before each print as I take the build plate of each time when removing the builds. I can say my friend has had his Ender 3 v2 for about a month and his plastic extruder has already cracked. I guess the extruder upgrade such as the one included in this kit is worth it to avoid the headache.

10-06-2025The filament guide on the metal extruder (not the gear) broke after a month of use. Got a really bad squeak, investigated and found that the bolt stripped mid print. Will stay away from this product.

> 3 dayI have an Ender 3 3D printer. It’s known for a popular, cheap but a lot of possibility. For a beginner, the first thing I hit is how stressful you need to adjust the bed level every other day. So I decided to upgrade the spring right after and found this product. This is no doubt a super high quality kit but more import is ….it’s working!! I won’t need to re-adjust the bed level by just accident touching the wheel. It does feel steady and tight!!……and looks cool! One more thing I learned about is, the spring is a little longer than original one. Do not try to force it goes down and super tight. You just need to adjust the z-axis with 2 screws and make it higher..(don’t ask me how I find out..and yes…this is a beginner’s issue!!) One thing need to mentioned is the extruder feeder. I have no complain about the oem one since it’s still new but the quality for the this one is much better!! And the detail on it is there is a bigger hole for the filament feeder. This design make a lot more sense because there is no more struggling to feed the filament into the feeder!! It worth the money for the overall!!

> 3 dayJust swapped this bad boy in, and so far, this kit works great on my Ender 3 Pro. But here are a few caveats: * The bed springs, even at the tightest setting, are quite a bit longer than the springs that come with the Ender 3 Pro. To avoid scraping your print bed, youll need to either tweak a bunch of settings to offset z, or raise the zeroing switch on the side of your printer. Even with that, I managed to get the printer into some state where it tried to go below the zeroing switch when manually setting Z position, leading to an ugly gouge in my print surface. This may be an issue with the stock springs too, I dont know, but it hadnt happened to me before, anyways. Probably best practice here anyways is to be cautious and dont manually set Z downwards close to zero unless youre in the home position (not directly over the print bed itself). * The extruder uses a larger fitting for the Bowden tube than the fitting that came with the stock extruder. The replacement extruders coupling actually looks to be the same size as the hotends tube coupling instead, which actually is kind of nice, I think. * The extruder doesnt come with a cable clip (unlike the stock plastic extruder). You can just ziptie the power cable to the extra bit of screw from the extruders spring holder screw that sticks out , though.
