> 3 daySafest thing I’ve used by far. Even my home inspector was really impressed with them and said they’re the safest he’s seen. We’ve had them installed in two separate homes and would recommend them to anyone.

> 3 dayThese plugs were easy to install, but they tend to push the plug out on either the top or bottom outlet. I dont think the fit is totally right.

> 3 dayProduct does wonders it looks so much nicer then traditional outlet covers and there is no prying to get it off or losing covers which become choke hazards or get stepped on. My son takes out a nightlight and it closes automatically keeping him from accessing the outlet and getting hurt. Took a star due to one small problem. Since installing my vacuum cord and other appliances doesnt stay in well it easily pulls out with the slightest pull. Feels like it prevents prongs from really clicking into outlet most likely due to the faceplate of product interfering with the depth of the prongs in outlet. I wish it either had a snugger fit to prevent this or we could have just sliding covers that went over the original outlet vs the outlet face that is in between the cord and actual outlet.

> 3 dayWe use our outlets a lot for night lights, electronics, etc. So I’m glad once something is unplugged the outlet just slides closed and no need to look for an outlet cover.

> 3 dayI like these outlet covers except for how far they sit off the wall. The prongs of a plug won’t always reach as far as expected into the outlet. One of my lamp’s plug won’t go far enough in and so I can’t use it in the outlet anymore. But they keep my LO from sticking fingers etc into the outlet so I can deal.

> 3 dayThese do not allow items to be plugged in even by adults and from other reviews I would say doing so would be a FIRE HAZARD. However, since I bought these for outlets I don’t intend to use, it’s actually exactly what we needed! I even installed them upside down for good measure in case he decided to slide the panels. The holes no longer line up with anything but solid plastic. My toddler recently figured out that he could pull our original covers away from the wall and even managed to snap one! These covers are extremely sturdy, CANNOT be manipulated away from the wall... and don’t even require safety plugs, which he sometimes pulled out of the original plates anyway.

> 3 dayThese are the best way to baby proof an outlet. I wouldnt buy anything else, they are so easy to use, nothing to pull out of the outlet just use the plug in your hand to slide the shield to the side and slide the plug in with one motion. Automatically closes behind you when you pull a plug out so even if something is plugged in and a child gets a hold of the cord it will be safe as soon as the cord is tugged out. I used these for my done and 10 years later Ive purchased then again for my daughter they are still the best product on the market.
