This heated neck stretcher may look small but it makes a huge impact! After working all day at a desk, bent over and staring at a computer screen this item has made all the difference in my quality of life. Before I would suffer from neck strain, tightness through my shoulders, and migraines at the base of my skull. Since I started using the neck stretcher those symptoms have stoped. The heat in the pillow helps to loosen the muscles as the stretcher works its magic. I only do it for 10 minutes 2 to 3 times a week and it does the trick!
