I bought two of these. One of them was returned because it wasn’t heating up and when I got the replacement, that one didn’t work either. Plus, the plug isn’t secure so the slightest movement made it fall out.

This is a really good way to make sure you get a great nap after a stressful day. It doesnt take too long to use, but it pays dividends in the long-run. Definitely recommend!

This is soooo much better than the rolled up towel that I have been using! Easy to use. The heating element is nice. Very similar to the one my chiropractor uses. Good quality. I expect it to last.

This product works very well. The heated feature creates a relaxed sensation that relieves tension. The product is well made.

My chiropractor said I was losing the curvature in my neck. I got this to help with that problem. Before going to sleep I turn it on and rest my head on it. Since it has the automatic off switch, I am not afraid to turn it on as I am trying to go to sleep. I have found that it is very comforting and it has the extra benefit of helping me fall asleep. I did put a folded washcloth inside between the outside cover and the inner core. It helps with comfort a bit. I am considering getting one of these for my son.
