I was having neck pain and was finally diagnosed with degenerative disc disease in several discs. In desperation for relief, I purchased this neck stretcher, which had great reviews. After the first use, I felt so much better! The heat does get really hot, but I keep it on low. Sometimes I use it without heat. I used it on the floor and on my bed. I recommend this neck stretcher to anyone suffering from neck pain.

I have had neck pain since high school. From hunching over at my desk to always looking down at my books, phone, computer, etc. I was diagnosed at the chiropractor with mild kyphosis of my cervical spine. How to treat it? Lay on a rolled up towel 10 minutes a day. I did this exercise on and off for years, changed my pillows with ones w extra support, and tried to be more mindful of my posture in my neck. After all these years, I finally came across this unique tool and WOW has it been way more beneficial than anything before. The secret? I truly think the firmness and positioning this gives your neck is what is the main game changer. A rolled up towel doesn’t have the support nor the correct positioning but this does! Along with my pillow I use every night (from the company Groye), this neck relaxer has become a staple for my neck relief. I use it in the morning for 10 minutes during my meditation and I’ve found relief right away. So if you have neck pain, try this!!

I usually try to straiten my neck in my chair after playing video games or while watching TV since I lean my head forward to use my tablet or Nintendo switch and I tried this product once and the next day felt fine leaning my head back, it did have a warning not to over use it, but it didnt say how long to use it to start so I didnt use it again for a little while so the pain did slightly come back till I used it again. I do wish I knew the temperature and time button more explained, I figured out use the different colors for knowing the time and temperature of how hot it would get. The highest was too hot. If you lean forward a lot I recommend this product Ive seen people who are elderly and their head looks permanently bent forward unless maybe surgery.

I bought this recently through Amazon because I was looking for some an alternative to lay and stretch my neck and head on other than laying down flat. I have carpal tunnel and I also have some kind of impingement in my cervical spine that is affecting the nerves on my right side, causing pain and tingling, and after a long day of work at the keyboard, I will lay down on this for a few minutes only just to get rid of the stiffness in my neck and then will relax my shoulder and allow me to sleep. It does get quite hot so be careful to only use for a few minutes. Not more then qp minutes. You can also not turn on the heating feature also . Thei is one of the thing s I use to help stitch my neck and I use it midday also

Looking at the apparatus one wouldnt think it would have any impact, or another gimmick. It does worrk for me. The heat gets hot, so start out slow. Read the directions, you are not supposed to use it more than 20-30 minutes at a time. I found myself using it each night as part of my sleeping routine. It eased the tension and stress I carry in my lower neck and shoulder area. It might be a mind thing, but I do feel a difference when I skip a night. Comes with a travel cover.

Product is great! A little to get used to but the added heat with it is great! Highly recommend!

Ive been trying this product since I got it. It would hurt for lying down too long (probably because of my stiff neck), but the heating is comfortable. Easy settings control and auto power off after the timer goes off. I would definitely try it out a few more times to get used to this product.
