I recently bought this product for my mother and she loves it. It’s more comfortable on a flat surface, but so far so good.

The heat is so nice - just make sure you to be aware of the level so it doesn’t get too hot (I like mine on medium). The heat also has a safety shut-off in case you forget or fall asleep. The contours fit nicely on my neck and don’t hyperextended it. I would recommend this product!

If you ever feel like you have a crick in your neck that you just can’t get rid of, this works perfectly, I lay down on it and it just gets every sore feeling In my neck out, not to mention I love having all of my neck popped, it feels like a mini chiropractor I can keep under my bed! My husband bought this for me for mothers day. I have chronic neck pain most all the time. This helps stretch my neck out as the heat loosens the muscles. I like that the heat is adjustable being the high is usually too hot for me. Would highly recommend.

I have had shoulder and neck pain for a long time and I have been trying different things to help fix it. I’ve added this to my regimen and I really like it. It heats up pretty much instantly and the high setting is almost too hot! No complaints!

I have the previous non-heated version, and this upgrade is great. The timers and temperature controls are nice features. Remember you need a USB power supply to operate, and the power draw is low, so anyone should work. The only minor bug is that the control should be closer to the relaxer end.
