Looking at the apparatus one wouldnt think it would have any impact, or another gimmick. It does worrk for me. The heat gets hot, so start out slow. Read the directions, you are not supposed to use it more than 20-30 minutes at a time. I found myself using it each night as part of my sleeping routine. It eased the tension and stress I carry in my lower neck and shoulder area. It might be a mind thing, but I do feel a difference when I skip a night. Comes with a travel cover.

Such a great product! I had a very stiff neck and as soon as I used this product my neck started to stretch out and I can feel the knots melting away. Once I finished my stiffness disappeared giving me full motion. Definitely recommending and gift this to my friends and family.

I give this produce a 5 star review from the overall build, delivery, and customer support of this product. As an engineer, I really appreciated the angles of the neck support in which gave a comfortable feeling along side the heated pad. The product looks to be well built as it uses usb c connections for the heated pad and a soft cloth cover. The delivery was put together really nice in its packaging and customer service was very quick to respond to my questions before the product was delivered. I have been using this for the past couple days and haven’t had any issues. I look forward to seeing how it will hold up over the next year as I don’t foresee any issues with its functionality and durability. Highly recommend this company

If you ever feel like you have a crick in your neck that you just can’t get rid of, this works perfectly, I lay down on it and it just gets every sore feeling In my neck out, not to mention I love having all of my neck popped, it feels like a mini chiropractor I can keep under my bed! Such a good value for the benefit of no neck pain.

I love this thing! It’s incredible how quickly it heats up which is nice so you’re not having to wait for that added relaxation. The heat definitely helps loosen up my neck muscles and aids in the aligning of my neck. Just 10mins a day and I’ve noticed major improvement in my neck pain.
