My cousin suffers from a bulging cervical disc, so I got this for her on her birthday. She absolutely loves it, she cant stop raving about the pain relief. This actually puts out great heat. Took a little adjustment to figure out what position was most comfortable. Once you get comfortable, it works great.

I purchased this product as I had a lot of neck pain after being on the phone or working at the desk. Probably due to my sitting. I found this product and used it as recommended. The first time I was asleep on it within 10 minutes. The following times I had the same feeling of relaxation. My neck pain is so much better, but have to admit I am not using every day. My husband is now using every night though. He says it helps his neck pain as well. I highly recommend it. I have to admit, it is hard and you feel the bumps but I guess that’s how it works. You get use to it. As long as it works, I am okay with the hard structure.
