Bought in August 2022. Worked fine for 3 months. Then adaptor had to be positioned a certain way for it to charge. After 2 more weeks no positioning worked anymore. Planned obsolescence.

I like the product overall.

After having used this laptop for five months almost exactly, I feel its time for me to share my opinion on it

I bought this for work, just to run zoom and Microsoft office. The sound quality was so awful I couldn’t hear clients on zoom, which made me look so unprofessional. I definitely would not buy this laptop if you need any sort of quality of sound other than inability to hear anything… I’m actually going to return this laptop, and I rarely if ever return products.

The i7 touted for this computer turned out to be an i3, at least the laptop I received. I dont see how there could be such an error as model/type/etc. are encoded in part numbers etc. Even so, it is i3 which would have cost about half the price of this i7.

The laptop is overall good, but I always have to hold the button to turn it on, I have no clue on how to activate touch screen either, and I cant always scroll with the mouse pad, but its still overall a good laptop.

My Phone. My Car. My Acer Aspire 5. Those 3 things I use daily. I am a college student taking half of my classes online and this computer has yet to let me down. I have owned it for a little over 2 months and have seen more pros than cons. The ability to use zoom and microsoft word with it can be used extensively for schoolwork no matter the level.

En general esta bastante bien por el precio, es buen producto respecto calidad-precio.
