    ive only had it for a couple days and it works very well, the battery life sucks but other than that its a pretty good laptop, ive done some school work on it and it works with my schools google stuff, i would reccomend this to someone, and its way bigger than i expected.

    Laptop comes with a ton of apps that you will have to go through and delete. It also comes in windows 11 s mode and keeps giving an error when trying to bring out of s mode. Contacted ACER support and unable to resolve. Im not going to spend hours troubleshooting some stupid issue. Now I have to wipe it clean so my info isnt on the laptop when I Return it.

    The first one we got, the power supply would get so hot the thermal interlock would get triggered and it would shut down, also the computer would not stay connected to 5G wifi. Sent it back.

    Used for an evening and the screen stopped working. I kid you not. I did not even get 24 hrs out of it. Live outside the U.S. so I would have to take the loss. Very disappointed. 0/5b Stars

    I tried two different types of DDR4 sticks to expand the memory and both failed. It cant boot after installed it, no any display even the logo... pls help advice.

    Talked to tech support for about an hour, he could not get it to connect either only 2.4Ghz
