audio in and out (whether I used plug in headset or laptops microphone and speakers) during meetings. Camera stopped working; when I troubleshooted, it said no camera installed. Looks sleek and is light. The number keypad is too small causing typing errors. Interfaced well using HDMI cord and connected to large tv as a 2nd monitor.

The sound/speaker does not work

Died after 3 days. Its temp is hot, doing nothing. Cant remove my personal info. Actually, this was my 3th Acer I am sending back. Will not buy again. Cant get my money back at least for 2-3 week.

I had problems with this model, it would not fully charge, I sent it back for a replacement and encountered the same problem, so I do not recommend this computer

Bought this at a good price for its features. It was pretty good before but now runs very quickly after adding 8gb of ram ($20). An simple upgrade with many easy to follow videos on youtube on how to do it. Great screen, decent sound, very lightweight. The keyboard is a little weird because it is offset because of the number keys added. Touchpad is uber sensitive, even on its lowest setting. Took a while to not be accidentally clicking on the wrong things. Battery life isnt too bad, about 6 hours continuous use before recharging. Very pleased with my purchase.

8 GB of RAM is not enough to run windows 11 the laptop did not function properly due to a combination of windows 11 and windows 10 both being installed very disappointed. Also disappointed with the return policy waiting for UPS to pick up at my residence had to take time off from work and was never given a tracking number come on Amazon get with it

I bought this laptop for when working at home. It has a very fast startup. The HD screen is crystal clear, long battery life and not too heavy to carry around

This is the 4th one of these that Ive bought! With it being all solid state, battery life is excellent. Startup is very fast. Ive added a second SSD to two of them with no problems. It even comes with the necessary hardware to add it. Its not fast enough for intensive gaming but plenty fast for games like Minecraft, which the kids like. Being solid state also makes it quite rugged.

I like it, theres really nothing that I dislike.
