Product was defective. I returned it to Amazon which never reimbursed me

PC worked fine for 6 months. Then either the hard drive or Windows 11 crashed. The only screen available was an error saying No Bootable Device. After contacting ACER, my only option was to mail it in to be evaluated which I was not willing to do since it contains all my account numbers, Quicken info, medical records, taxes, etc. So I am just out the cost of the PC and to top it off, it is still under warranty.

the computer is a good size; easy to operate, however, it is slow in warming up. Once it warms up; it pretty quick. It does not have a built in microphone. good picture.

My partner and I both own i3 core acers and they just work so well! I’ve had mine for about 4/5 years and run sims and have a ton of work and school documents saved and it still runs incredibly smooth.

Computer looks decent, but have had issues almost since I first got it. It connects to the internet, I can search etc., but when I try to login to any accounts it says the website cant be reached. I have called to troubleshoot over 5 times, but it continues to happen and now I have to send it in leaving me without a computer for at least 1.5 weeks while doing online classes.
