I bought this laptop in July 2023 (or so) & have been using it daily ever since. I can tell its not top of the line, but I didnt pay top of the line either & it does what I need it to do.

Had the laptop for a month and a day and it completely died. What a piece of junk and of course its a day after 30 so I cant get an amazon return either.

Completely non -functional right out of the box. Would not charge with the charger that out came with. Spent hours on the phone trying to fix it. Gave up and returned it. A complete fail.

Average laptop for the price

WHEN DOWNLOADED THE COMPUTER CONTAINED MAL-WARE. RETURNED COMPUTER AND WAS REFUNDED LESS THAN PURCHASE PRICE DUE TO A RESTOCKING FEE. BUYER BEWARE.

Great value, set up and out of S mode in minutes. fast enough for Netflix, You Tube, and general use. NOT A GAMING COMPUTER and was never intended to be one. At this price point this computer is about as good as it gets. My Granddaughter loves it.

I cant open emails, I cant download a browser that will let me open emails it has total control of the computer and will not allow you to do anything. Complete garbage and its going back

I really like this compact, fast, efficient laptop for browsing and other work.

In the first 3 1/2 months this computer has lost the Bluetooth 5 times that we had to get tech support to fix then an additional time it quit working but started working again before we called. Last night it quit talking a charge and again to tech support for a fix I think acer should replace it but they say as long as tech support can get it working again they will not replace. Pretty soon the warranty will be gone and we will be required to start paying for the constant fixes.
