> 24 hourThe fan is very loud and annoying. Coming from a Dell that was designed without any fan noise I wish I would have paid a little more to avoid the fan. It also did not come with much RAM and I was just going to replace the RAM. I expected to pull 1 or 2 memory modules but found it had its ram soldered to the board. So I could only place one memory module. It will last awhile for our daughter but I will likely go back to Dell XPS line in the future.

> 24 hourIm happy with this laptop so far. Got the i7 version and its very zippy. The feel and look isnt as premium as some other laptops Ive had, but the performance for the price is a great value.

> 24 hourI had an Acer laptop for several years and it served me well. I finally got a new one in January 2022 and I like its functionality, but Ive already had to call tech support twice for quirky issues that keep the computer from turning on. Of course, the issues began two weeks after the return window had closed. I could continue to pursue a permanent solution to the power issue, but I dont have the time or energy to do any more of that so I just rarely turn it off, and when I do, I resign myself to having to reset the computer to get it to turn back on. Meanwhile Im doing daily backups of important stuff and saving for a different computer down the line!
