Fantastically easy setup, sufficient processing speed, webcam, HDMI port, HD screen display and not too much bloatware preloaded. A great little powerhouse with a very reasonable price, Im sold so far!

cannot handle a lot of energy or power usage; cannot handle work + Skype for example at the same time :( very disappointing as computer is 2 months new

Ive owned a few Acers in my life, my previous laptop was a different brand but the one before that was also an Acer so I decided to go back to it when I needed an upgrade. This is such a solid laptop. Boots up quickly and easily. Its relatively lightweight and the screen looks great. I honestly dont have any complaints. I was able to install Chrome and the other programs I like very easily and it was working for me instantly once I plugged it in. This is not a power horse machine, but for regular non-gaming computer work, its pretty perfect. We use this one for the kids homework, emails and just general home use, and its exactly what we need. The price is great too so we dont worry about the younger kids using it because its not a huge investment.

Laptop is good. the new operating system is a bit different. But it was easy to adjust to it

I received this product and was very excited. It looked nice and seemed like it would do the job. But it just would not charge. I tried every outlet in my house. Kept unplugging and replugging. It would charge for 5 seconds and then stop or not even pick up the charge at all. This was so disappointing. I called amazon and they were great with sending me a replacement item two days later. This is the worst part. the replacement came. AND IT HAS THE SAME problem!!!!! It held the charge for 5 minutes max and then stopped working. I am retuning the replacement and just getting a refund. Maybe this is why the product was so cheap.

I opened the brand new box, laptop looks great physically and in appearance, but keeps shutting down every 2 or 3 minutes. I kept overnight charging, and tried booting up again, saw blue screen. Also noticed that the battery is not working either, when you unplug the power supply with 100 percent charged battery, it shuts down ….what a crap?

This little device boosted very quickly and quite. I use it to check email and social media. So far it’s working fine and I like it.

It does what I need it to do. Email, Web search, games and Facebook. Please dont ask me about other functions or uses because I dont know.
