> 3 dayI purchased this for my daughter. It does very well for her needs, which is basically Roblox and Snapchat. I helped her set it up and was never frustrated by random freezes or slow downs, but thats also why I dont buy less than an i3 processor. The only problem ever encountered was her mouse (external with USB dongle) stopped working once. I found the USB controller had shut down due to an error. I just disabled it and re-enabled it and it worked fine. It worked fine after an update. I would buy this again.

> 3 dayLaptop broke within five months of me buying it. Google Chrome was showing on my laptop and I saw the battery get low so I went to turn it in and it powered off and has not turned on since. This is the second Acer laptop that has broken on me. The other one also turned off unexpectedly, but lasted three years rather than six months.

> 3 dayPC worked fine for 6 months. Then either the hard drive or Windows 11 crashed. The only screen available was an error saying No Bootable Device. After contacting ACER, my only option was to mail it in to be evaluated which I was not willing to do since it contains all my account numbers, Quicken info, medical records, taxes, etc. So I am just out the cost of the PC and to top it off, it is still under warranty.

It connects to the internet, I can search etc., but when I try to login to any accounts it says the website cant be reached. I have called to troubleshoot over 5 times, but it continues to happen and now I have to send it in leaving me without a computer for at least 1.5 weeks while doing online classes.
