Perfect for my use case. No problem so far and I have three of these working 24/7

JAN 2023 - The computer is stellar except for two things - USBs become completely defunct after so many hours of usage which require a complete reboot in order to correct the issue and the customer service is dismal. First contacted Amazon who told me the issue was software related and it was not. Finally connected with Acer Customer Service (off shore - of course). Was on hold for 30 minutes to reach someone; the person had me install something off the internet which loaded a bunch of crap onto my computer in order to update outdated drivers. He was on the phone with me for all of about 7 minutes before he told me to call back if it didnt work because there were other people in the queue. Now, when I informed the wad I had been on hold for 30 minutes to reach a live agent he told me it was not fair to others for him to have to wait to see if my problem was corrected. And, of course, the problem was not corrected!

the little battery box that plugs into the wall gets so hot it caused a very painful red spot if i had not moved i would of been burnt..why does this happy..i bought this acer couple years ago i loved it never had a problem it was fast and never hung up..this one hangs up and its not very fast..and its to hot..also ypou can hear the fan running all the time..not sure but i think i need to return it..:-( not happy..i love the Acers...(aspire)

Im happy with this laptop so far. Got the i7 version and its very zippy. The feel and look isnt as premium as some other laptops Ive had, but the performance for the price is a great value.

The product was sealed and original

It was ok while it lasted. I picked up and opened it earlier. The laptop was very hot on the bottom. It was on its side, so the vent was not blocked. It did not turn on. Ive tried everything and it is dead. Ill try it again after it cools down, but if you need a reliable laptop, this may not be it.

It is to play a few external hard drive computer games now and then,also to surf the net too.

This screen is not a touch screen and doesnt have a back light as described. Falsely advertised. Should be reported to Amazon!!!! I called Acer the functions do not exist on the laptop they sent me! Buyer beware, the photo in not the laptop youll get. Buy with caution!
