> 24 hourI use my computer for basic online surfing and office type duties. I dont need anything special, just a decent computer that can meet my demands. I use the Office programs, and I sell products online. This works perfectly. It is fast, was easy to hook up, and its reliable. I havent had any issues with it. The listing has the specifics for anyone who is curious about what this computer is about. I have had several Acer computers, and have always been happy with them. I love that it doesnt take up a bunch of room. So far, Im very happy with it.

> 24 hourReplaced an old Dell that couldnt get Windows 11. Quick and easy set up. Had to get VGA to HDMI adapter for my monitor. Removed Norton since I use webroot. Very pleased so far. Much faster than what I had.

> 24 hourGood value for the money with very limited possibility for expansion. For example, no additional slots for M2 ssd.

> 24 hourPurchased as Christmas gift for son, As OEM systems go, its decent for those not into AAA gaming or similar activities. Nice in appearance, smallish form factor, and adequate for most daily tasks for sure. However, having said all that, heres my issues. PSU blew out, sending sparks out the rear, and making loud pop like a firecracker. Only used it less than 48 hours, watching videos online. The factory installed 300 watt Power supply is not a standard, replaceable, off the shelf size or type. Its also near impossible to buy anywhere, and costs upwards of $120.00 or more if youre lucky to find it. Called ACER Tech Support, told them what happened, and as it has 1 year warranty, they said they could replace Damaged part(s) but I would have to send entire system to repair center in Texas ( I live in TN). I told them I have been building PC systems since the 90s, and was quite capable of installing a PSU. But warranty rules/policy requires i send system back. I simply did not want the hassle of having to box up an almost $700 pc , all my personal data loaded, and hope shipping to or from destination, did not result in further damage, or waiting weeks to get it back. So, I removed the CPU, RAM, HDD etc, and spent $250 on new case, PSU and Motherboard (as these parts are proprietary to system). Lesson learned.. Building your own is better, unless you dont mind the hassles, as above. I still like Acer, just hate OEMs using parts end user cant replace themselves, such is the nature in todays manufacturing I suppose.

> 24 hourThe listing shows condition as new. I was sent a used machine. When I fired the PC up first time there was already a password set up from a previous owner. I contacted ACER tech support and They walked Me through wiping the computer clean and registered the PC in Their system. 3 days later I was notified that I had purchased an open box item and the warranty started 09/08/2022. I am not going through the hassle of sending it back and re-purchasing again to see if I can get a new one. The PC so far works good. It is a little noisey but not annoying. 5/8/23 update the Bluetooth doesnt function correctly and 2X now the computer started but did not have any video. A system re-start fixed it but there must be an issue so its getting returned.
