This unit was nothing but trouble out of the box. Restarting takes a very long time. And to download you have to get lucky to accomplish any downloading. Also, tech support stayed on the phone with me for about 10 minutes then disconnected. He also did not know where the serial number was located. Said that it was on the back of the cabinet but it is on the side. Additional statement--This thing just denied my pin code! I had to jump through the Microsoft hoops in order to sign in!

This is a nice upper-end budget gaming mini tower design that doesn’t require significant desktop real estate. It’s small enough to easily fit most desks yet provides ample space inside the case for upgrades. The case design is simple and accessible. It isn’t a tool-free design and is secured by two small Phillips screws. Exterior ports include six USB-A, one USB-C, mic/audio, and ethernet. A welcomed touch is the inclusion of a DVD optical drive. I know optical drives are basically obsolete, but they still can be useful, especially for us old-school dinosaurs who have tons of data and media backed up on DVD disks.

This Acer PC was a breeze to set up and customize with my software. It is now up and running and is clearly the fastest of the half-dozen or so PCs that I own.

The listing shows condition as new. I was sent a used machine. When I fired the PC up first time there was already a password set up from a previous owner. I contacted ACER tech support and They walked Me through wiping the computer clean and registered the PC in Their system. 3 days later I was notified that I had purchased an open box item and the warranty started 09/08/2022. I am not going through the hassle of sending it back and re-purchasing again to see if I can get a new one. The PC so far works good. It is a little noisey but not annoying. 5/8/23 update the Bluetooth doesnt function correctly and 2X now the computer started but did not have any video. A system re-start fixed it but there must be an issue so its getting returned.

perfect little PC for web browsing, documents, email, managing pictures from your camera, and even a great starter for electronic experimenters wanting to interface with hardware designs and program them using Scratch, Python, or other programming software.

Needed desktop to read text on 32 monitor. For what I need it for. Its super nice. Highly recommend.

I had the previous model in this series. In fact, the tower cases look nearly identical. I was pleased that they upgraded this model to a 512 GB NVME drive, which was a big upgrade to the previous model which had 2 TB traditional hard drive. I was a little disappointed that this model still only shipped with 12 GB of RAM just like the previous model. I wouldve rather have seen this unit ship with the maximum 32 GB of RAM that this motherboard can hold.
