I bought this computer last April 2022. February 2023 the computer would not power up. Contacted Acer and because its under warranty they told me to ship to them. I followed up and was advised that they would not even work on it because of health hazard. They sent a picture of another computer showing a roach in it, fully grown. Before we mailed to them we had opened it up to see what the problem was, still looked good, new, dust free and clean inside. So they fabricated a story because they refused to repair. I would not recommend Acer or any of their products.

We love this computer and bought another one similar to it for another room. It’s fast, quiet and nice looking. Nice quality too.

Good value for the money with very limited possibility for expansion. For example, no additional slots for M2 ssd.

Computer was shipped from Carenco La? to the north east US. Watched it travel all the way to New Jersey and back south to our home. It was well packed, arrived on time, in perfect condition! Opened the case, to find a well constructed instrument with all the bells and whistles I wanted. Followed the on screen instructions with no problem. No need to call tec support! Took about 30 minutes to set up. Worked perfectly with my old hd monitor. The fan is completely silent. When I worked it hard, the case got warm, when it went into sleep it went cold! Everything worked so fast compared to my 12 year old E machine Windows 7, up graded to windows 10. I am Looking forward to a long life of hard computing!

The computer has a black, sleek, minimalist look that I like. No overblown RGB lights on it. Its being sold as a multitasking beast for office and video work and not a gaming PC, so maybe thats not surprising.

Uninterested in gaming or social media, I was looking for a reasonably-priced computer to handle Microsoft 365 programs, Photoshop, Quickbooks, and Thunderbird, and other small specialty software. Ive had it up and running for several days, and it seems to handle all of these well. Im a dinosaur who was happy with Windows 7, but am gradually figuring out 11. This package comes with Bing and Edge browsers, which I dont like because of their distracting news displays, so I parked their desktop shortcuts in a desktop folder so I can get the easily if needed, and installed Google as my default browser. If you want a computer that will just work, work, work, this is a good choice.

My experience has been Incredible. Has worked like a dream right out of the box. I used this system to replace an HP Pavilion touch screen PC. The Acer has been running rings around the HP on significant levels. Good buy for the price!

Have not used tech support yet, and hope i dont need to. The computer is fast and quick., I dont game but i could see the speed of this unit being very helpful for gaming.

Easy to setup runs great and fast

This unit was nothing but trouble out of the box. Restarting takes a very long time. And to download you have to get lucky to accomplish any downloading. Also, tech support stayed on the phone with me for about 10 minutes then disconnected. He also did not know where the serial number was located. Said that it was on the back of the cabinet but it is on the side. Additional statement--This thing just denied my pin code! I had to jump through the Microsoft hoops in order to sign in!
