Computer was shipped from Carenco La? to the north east US. Watched it travel all the way to New Jersey and back south to our home. It was well packed, arrived on time, in perfect condition! Opened the case, to find a well constructed instrument with all the bells and whistles I wanted. Followed the on screen instructions with no problem. No need to call tec support! Took about 30 minutes to set up. Worked perfectly with my old hd monitor. The fan is completely silent. When I worked it hard, the case got warm, when it went into sleep it went cold! Everything worked so fast compared to my 12 year old E machine Windows 7, up graded to windows 10. I am Looking forward to a long life of hard computing!

This unit was nothing but trouble out of the box. Restarting takes a very long time. And to download you have to get lucky to accomplish any downloading. Also, tech support stayed on the phone with me for about 10 minutes then disconnected. He also did not know where the serial number was located. Said that it was on the back of the cabinet but it is on the side. Additional statement--This thing just denied my pin code! I had to jump through the Microsoft hoops in order to sign in!

I set this up for by boy as a gaming computer with dual screen. It handles everything smoothly.

The PC boots very fast. Windows 10 and the all too frequent updates is a big minus!

It is a very good unit so far. Havent had it very long, but I like it.

So far after a month and a half everythings well I immediately deleted all the garbage that comes on it. Contrary to others complaining about noise mine is very quiet and I love how when it turns off its off within a second just like your phone. As far as gaming and all the other stuff I dont know anything about that I dont do it I just use it for personal computer

Not a powerhouse, but a great PC for home office, general computing use
