27-11-2024Computer boots and is v fast. The problem was it came without a product key for Windows. Called Amazon at midnight and the Agent did a conference call with Acer overseas. Acer provided me with a Product Key after I gave them the Computer Serial Number. I could have used it with Windows 10, without updates but bought this so I could upgrade to Windows 11.
