> 24 hourThis laptop is amazing...when it works. Every few weeks the touch screen capability stops working. Not gonna lie, that makes me really hate this laptop. We use it very gently for homeschool typing. There’s no reason it shouldn’t work all the time.

> 24 hourSome folks like a small screen. I am not one of them. This is my second 15 Acer Chromebook and I love it. The first one I leave upstairs for when I want to write in bed. This one travels with me when I want to leave the house to write.

> 24 hourI gave this 4 stars because of the quality of video call. Sound is not great and video is lacking. No matter what type of internet connection I’m using there are issues. Otherwise decent computer.

> 24 hourThe Acer Chromebook was easy to get started on right out of the box. I was surprised to see that the power cable connects to a micro-USB port, which is different than any laptop I’ve ever owned. I got this so my son (age 4.5) could visit some educational websites and learn to use a computer. He caught on really quickly, partly because he’s used to how a tablet works. The Chromebook doesn’t have a desktop, just a bar at the bottom where you can pin apps. I wish there was a way to enlarge the app icons – they’re too small to distinguish in some cases. I love that I can pin the apps my son can use, and hide the others (eventually he’ll figure out how to see all apps, but he’s fortunately not there yet lol). The battery lasted about four hours from a full charge, but he was watching videos and playing interactive games so it might last longer for someone who uses it just for email and surfing the internet. Great product for people who don’t need a lot of apps or for computer novices.

> 24 hourThis is my wifes 2nd chromebook, and she loves it. The screen is huge, yet clear and sharp, the keyboard is good, the touchscreen works perfectly, it gets a bit warm but not hot in use (she uses it for 3-4 hours at a time). Its heavier than her 12 inch Acer R11 but still light enough for laptop use in her recliner. It is not real fast, but is adequate for browsing and light online gaming (like Facebook games). Its a keeper.

> 24 hourI love Chromebooks, I had the model from 2 years ago and when I bought another one I chose to spend the extra $20 for the touchscreen. Only thing I dont like is with my old model when the warranty expired I kept receiving updates that would crash the system. I finally got it working right but you cant have more than 3 programs running or it doesnt, I havent had an issue with this model and the touchscreen is amazing and works wonderful. Also this is the cheapest price I found for this laptop everywhere else it was almost $50 more.
