> 3 dayBought this two days ago. Arrived today. Took out of the box, charged for about 10 minutes, powered up. Only to find the screen doesn’t work. Called Acer for tech support, did the troubleshooting and was told to send it to them to repair. Nope, I’ll be sending back to amazon and buying a different brand.

> 3 dayI love Chromebooks, I had the model from 2 years ago and when I bought another one I chose to spend the extra $20 for the touchscreen. Only thing I dont like is with my old model when the warranty expired I kept receiving updates that would crash the system. I finally got it working right but you cant have more than 3 programs running or it doesnt, I havent had an issue with this model and the touchscreen is amazing and works wonderful. Also this is the cheapest price I found for this laptop everywhere else it was almost $50 more.

> 3 dayI bought this product for my wifes birthday in September, 2019. After a little more than three months the power cord began to break. I still works but clearly needs to be replaced. It was not subjected to any unusual stress but became damaged as shown in the picture through normal use. Pretty disappointed. It is otherwise a good computer.

> 3 dayDONT DO IT!!! DONT LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS, THIS COMPUTER IS THE WORST. the only good thing about this computer is the expected battery life, which is accurate. everything else is absolute trash, trust me. you will NEVER have enough storage space, it will NEVER properly sync up with your Google Drive, after 4 months of use itll begin crashing every time you so much as try and fill out some feedback about how horrible this damn device it. dont get it. save up some money and get a proper laptop, preferably one with more space and an actual operating system.

> 3 dayI will never buy from this seller again. The laptops mouse felt off but I ignored it since it is refurbished. I used it for a zoom meeting a month later and the mic sounds like I am underwater and makes a random high pitched sound. I complained to the seller about this and they said sorry. Nothing they can do. I wanted to return it since it is clearly defective and again sorry no. No customer service. How Amazon allows them to sell products on here is beyond me. Stay away.

> 3 dayThe Acer Chromebook was easy to get started on right out of the box. I was surprised to see that the power cable connects to a micro-USB port, which is different than any laptop I’ve ever owned. I got this so my son (age 4.5) could visit some educational websites and learn to use a computer. He caught on really quickly, partly because he’s used to how a tablet works. The Chromebook doesn’t have a desktop, just a bar at the bottom where you can pin apps. I wish there was a way to enlarge the app icons – they’re too small to distinguish in some cases. I love that I can pin the apps my son can use, and hide the others (eventually he’ll figure out how to see all apps, but he’s fortunately not there yet lol). The battery lasted about four hours from a full charge, but he was watching videos and playing interactive games so it might last longer for someone who uses it just for email and surfing the internet. Great product for people who don’t need a lot of apps or for computer novices.
