> 24 hourI dont do a lot of heavy gaming, so I wanted to buy a low-level gaming laptop because I knew it would do everything I needed to do. For context, the main games I play on my laptop are The Sims (with a ton of cc and a few mods), Stardew Valley (with a fair amount of mods), Terraria, and then basic in-browser games like tetris and whatever else when Im truly bored. For the most part, this computer has handled running them all super well. Surprisingly, it has the most difficulty with the in-browser games, which tend to lag or drop frames. To be fair, I dont really know why Mahjongg 3D needs to be rendered in such intense detail anyway, but whatever.

> 24 hourFor the price, this is a solid laptop to be used for basic gaming. However, I would say that this laptop is not really great at anything it does. The SSD is too small for a lot of games to be installed, but it does have an extra SSD and HDD slot, so you can easily upgrade (which I did after about a month). The RAM is also lacking, but another easy upgrade to make. Another negative is the build quality. The laptop feels cheap and plasticy (which I dont think is a word), but for the price that you pay it can be expected. The battery life for basic tasks, like writing, internet research, and light movie watching is pretty terrible. At most I get 3-4 hours. But for gaming, you wouldnt use it off the charger anyways so its a mute point if you plan on using the laptop for its stated purpose.

> 24 hourI was so disappointed, lab top would not power on. Tried several know good plugs, charging light would not come on. This is a total waste of time. Do not waste your money. Do not fall for the reviews or the hype. Not worth it.

> 24 hourI wanted to experience a true fast gaming PC, but entry level. This Acer has exceeded my expectations in every facet. The picture is immaculate, the processor is super fast I have yet to see any slow down. If there is anything at all to improve on it is the battery life but what do you expect with a fully lit gaming PC. The memory is limited but it works for the way I use it. I would buy again

> 24 hourI normally dont write reviews but I was so impressed I had to. First of all, came 3 days sooner than predicted which is a win of itself. The packaging was pretty well protected and came with a nice little lanyard. The display is sharp and the speed is fast. It didnt break the bank overall a great laptop

> 24 hourThe CPU isnt the best it could be for the money, the gpu is a 3050 which reviews are saying this mobile version is inferior to the old RX 580 from AMD, which means its not very good at all and only has 4gb of vram, the amount of RAM and storage is also low. But they give you a 144htz screen. It does not make sense and for the money you could get better. If you want to game a 3060 should be the least you accept, since the 3050 is quite poor outside of old games or very low spec modern ones.

> 24 hourI am a 66yr old man with Red/Green colour blindness. The keyboard was so hard to read (even on full brightness) that I sent it back on that alone. If you are a young dude or someone with good eyesight it wont be a problem to you. I also learned that some Nitros have a menu where you can change the keyboard colour, not my one. I learnt: Turn the lights off and see what colour the keys are, if White you have RGB if Red, they stay Red.

> 24 hourMain issue is screen display all the way turned down while playing a card game, I’m lucky if the battery even lasts two hours! Disappointed about battery life mainly! Sucks having it plugged in all the time!
