El producto no me duró ni 8 meses me salió mala calidad se quemo la tarjeta de video no les recomiendo el producto mala calidad el Acer pésimo por la garantía no puedo enviar a Estados Unidos porque me sale caro el envió me sale a Estados Unidos desde mi pais Ecuador me sale como 200 dolares y mas los transmite de aduana les pedi queme den solucion y me dijieron que ya no se puede hacer nada que mal pesimo y decepcionado con la tienda Amazon que no da solucion.

Everything runs so well on the pc. Such a steal!

We are not gaming much but were looking for a laptop that can be universal enough and can be used for casual gaming. We also looked for good expandability and easier migration from old laptop. This fit the bill nicely. We just moved the drive from old laptop into a spare slot, and whoalla you got all of your old files in your new laptop. We did add 8Gb stick to it, as we do use more than 8Gb of RAM frequently. It also has an extra slot for another NVMe SSD.

Not a problem for me that it dosent have a disc drive but someone problobly whants to know

I have an old gaming computer that it just hanging on right now. This new ACER is an outstanding upgrade. I have already downloaded some games (one game in particular involving tanks but I am not sure I am free to say which game/company it is) and it is great. The keyboard (picture above) lights up so thats a plus when I decide to play with the lights dimmed or off in the room). It has the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 which runs the games at top speed.

I bought and received this on 5/19/2021. It would not play audio, instead the speakers would crackle. After being on for more than 15 minutes the fans would stop working and the keys would get hot. This is when being used on a hard wood table with nothing around.

El equipo es muy bueno , tiene características que son inigualables para el precio por el cual se vende, muy rápido y la pantalla es tal cual lo describe, ahora lo que me da inconformidad es la calidad del material, se que es un equipo de bajo costo en comparación a los otros equipos gamer de alta gama, pero el material de la carcasa, siento que es pobre, se ve como plástico de muy baja calidad, me hubiera gustado que fuera un material mas refinado, siendo un equipo de una marca de renombre como es ACER.
