I got this laptop 20% off. For current gen and “pro” games I can get get 60 FPS in everygame be warned that a 1060 will NOT get you 144 FPS in all current gen games unless settings are tweaked to the lowest possible. Games like Diablo 3, overwatch, fortnite run at above an average of 100 FPS with settings at high to max. I tested black ops 4 all modes run at 60 with vsync in with little to no dips (except an occasional glitch where textures would not load right away) I’d say this laptop is amazing for the price right now. The CPU does run hot at times which worries me a little. Acer has made amazing quality laptops for the past 6+ years that my family had used them. The quality of this is great. It’s thinner than my last gen laptop which was an MSI GT60 and I’m impressed. If your looking to get 144 FPS is every game on a laptop at 1080p your going to need to spend another $1000 dollars.

Battery life sucks, but other than that, no complaints.

Overheats to the point when it start burning your fingers, and thats just one of many problems with this laptop.

Been able to play every game I own, and as an avid gamer, that list is extensive. The light-up keyboard only lights up red, but that isnt too important. The screen is better than my TV, startup takes moments thanks to the SSD, however, an external drive is recommended if you have multiple games, or have anything else that might take up more than 200GB worth of storage.

Los drivers se mantienen actualizados constantemente gracias a NVIDIA GeForce Experience. Si gustan algún videojuego popular como referencia: Fortnite y Apex Legends corren sin problemas en configuraciones altas.

Maybe I got unlucky but the top right of my screen arrived with slight multiple scratches and one larger less noticeable scratch slightly center right this in my opinion is a premium/bargain computer its not a massive deal Im not sending it back while the screen is on its unnoticeable but when its off I see it and it kinda makes my face kinda twist up and its why in the living flook did they add stickers on the soft mesh that is supposed to be protecting the screen from the keyboard but its a QC issue but I mean this laptop kicks ass

This thing is scrap. This is the first time i give a one star ever! Thermal performance is extremely bad that cant even sustain a 60 fps with the lowest performance setting on Dota2 and lol. CpU is constantly over 70 degrees after a 10 min of gaming and the fan is horribly loud. Screen sometime flashes or freezes! So bad!

lets start at the begin out of the box this laptop WAS amazing, tho it had thermal problems. My buddy and i bought the same exact laptop form amazon. We were hanging out and we both pressed the purchase button at the exact same time. Upon attempting to replace the thermal past (to possibly achieve better thermals) my buddys laptop had a THERMAL PAD over the gpu AND PAST and we noticed that both of our heat sink fans were missing several screws . Witch is sketchy on acres part. I am now battling customer service trying to get a replacement cable for this laptop i have been sending them multiple emails over the past month but to no avail. Today my buddy had issues with the rel tech audio drivers so he did the usual uninstall and reinstall of the drivers but this has ended up Screwing up his laptop with all of his system restore points being unreachable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUY THIS LAPTOP and god forbid you have a part fail. I initially thought ACER was better than this. Acer will not catch me buying there product ever again. This has been by far the WORST laptop i have ever dealt with in my entire life. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you to go buy a Dell, MSI or EVGA laptop there are more but thats all i will list. As i have previously dealt with MSI customer support and they replied back to me that same day with a fix. ( Note this is not amazons fault amazon has nothing to do with how Acer makes there products or Acers crappy customer support) Acer and there HELIOS PREDATOR 300 are the worst. Dont wast your money !!!!!!!!
