> 24 hourMy son has a nice decent gaming rig, He always wants to play games with me, but I dont use a PC so we cant play anything together. I got this and not only is it fast, it runs games better than his full sized pc can. screen is nice, graphics crips and gets really good framerates in the games we play. I personally do not try to ultra out anything graphics wise and always opt for best quality to performance ratio. This has worked amazingly so far. Battery life is decent for a laptop.

> 24 hourAt a time and place where standard video cards are running $1000+ for halfway decent value cards, this laptop delivers everything it could for less than $1500. Was a desktop replacement for my son, who has it hooked up to a 50 4k display at 60Hz without any issues (It should be able to run 120Hz, but the TV doesnt support it) The insides to upgrade hard drive and memory are generally speaking not very easy to get into and in practice, they really dont want the consumer to do it themselves, but we upgraded ours to 32GB and added a 1TB NVMe drive to the system and its really set to do anything he needs for quite some time.

> 24 hourthis laptop is a upgrade to the acer nitro 5 laptop i got back in December it just couldnt cut it for gaming while this thing has been running quite well since i got it my games for the most part have been running fine though i would recommend upgrading ram to 32gb depending on the games you play as some game configurations wont leave you enough ram but for the most part ive been quite happy with the laptop ive only had it for about 10 days so far

> 24 hourI bought it for $1200 and it out performs anything under $2000 (assuming it’s plugged in, duh). RTX 3060, 2 NVMe slots (I added a Samsung 2TB 970 evo plus where I keep my games), extra 2” B SSD slot, great cooling, overclocking function, thunderbolt 4 port of I ever want to upgrade my graphics card and use an eGPU, USB 3.2 ports, HDMI, mini display port, and a processor that will be the last thing to slow down your gaming. Honestly, I pity anyone who buys any other gaming laptop, even other predator models. I play Halo Infinite and Forza Horizon 5 on a high/ultra setting combo at about 100fps plus. That’s pretty sweet for a $1200 laptop. Only complaint, battery life is not meant for gaming though, and that’s the only down side. It’s a portable gaming PC with a ton of upgrade potential with the extra NVMe M.2 slot and thunderbolt 4 port, but it really has to be plugged in for any real gaming.
