Got these for my partner who enjoys listening to music on her runs but also gets easily distracted! She loves it-says it helps her still pay attention to her surroundings to listen for any cars, traffic, or people around her, while being able to listen to music! I feel better knowing shes safer out there while shes slaying her training sessions.

I usually dont write reviews the only reason Im writing this one because maybe I can help somebody else. I have a medical issue with my ears. I cannot wear earbuds and I only can wear a headset phones for short period time. These headphones are worth every penny to me. I have no more issues with my ears and you can hear your surrounding while listening to whatever so its win win both ways.

Excellent product, fast shipping

I thought these fit well and the sound was good. I used them several times a week. I was disappointed when the quit working after ten months of use.

Ordered item and showed up with a microphone that comes down over the mouth. Pictures were VERY misleading. I wanted the headphones not an extended microphone! Got replacement item and was sent the SAME THING again!!!! Got a refund. Lots of money to spend on a misleading item.

I received my Aftershokz Aeropex headset on 3Jun21; it stopped working on 24Jul21. So, about 50 days worth of use. Lessons Learned: 1. Good to have Amazon Prime. They fixed what Aftershokz fumbled. 2. Dont buy from Aftershokz, if you expect any service under warranty. Summary. I tried to go through Aftershokz to get a replacement under warranty. I liked the headset, figured I might have just gotten one of those sets made on a Monday. But when Aftershokz puts you on hold for a Customer Happiness Maker, you know youve been thrown in the deep end with some gimmicky corporate culture. I spoke with two different customer happiness makers who gave me two different stories on how I was to receive a return shipping label. After two days, neither version produced a shipping label. They also sent me an email, to which I responded as requested—and that apparently went into the void. Finally, I told my sad story to Amazon, and they made it right with a refund. Even sent me the return shipping label while I was on the phone with them. Id like to still be rocking the Aftershokz—they were fun for that month and a half. But seems like their vision of Customer Happiness and mine dont quite synch. The bone conducting tech is great. But Ill be looking for the next best thing at Brand-X. I would not recommend Aftershokz to anyone, given the price they charge and the reliability and service they render.

It served me well for over two years, even music playback was surprisingly nice. Unfortunately a few days ago, fresh out of the warranty period, the right earpiece on my Aeropex started rattling. I could deal with it if that was all, but the rattling inside causes an extremely unpleasant resonance, not unlike nails on a chalkboard, when the unit beeps - which happens whenever I press any of the buttons. Ill need to implement a DIY fix that will undoubtedly impact sound quality from the right side, and possibly mic input.

Great sound, durable & waterproof. Had an issue and customer service was amazing. Utilized warranty and had my replacement headphones in several weeks! Awesome
