Aftershokz Aeropex Mini (Rebranded as Shokz OpenRun Mini) Bone Conduction Wireless Bluetooth Headphones

I absolutely love these. I detest putting anything in my ears they give me the worst headaches. My boss introduced me to these and I fell in love instantly!!! I hear every perfectly clear with these!

After my Trekz Air headset finally died (and having a very good experience with them for the years they lasted) I was eager to pick up a new headset from the same company, and picked up the newer model, the Aeropex.

These work great. Sound quality is amazing, although I am not an audiophile so take with a grain of salt. Would be five stars if it didnt rely on a single multi use button for pausing/skipping/answering phone calls. Volume controls are thankfully separate however, having one button responsible for all other functions can make the device incredibly frustrating to use at times. Trying to time button pushes to skip instead of just pause can be infuriating.

So far so good. Having earbuds in my ears has created a problem, so having these out of ear is great, plus I dont get sweaty ears like other out of ear headphones give.

I didn’t like that they make my ears feel itchy, and they don’t work good when it’s a noisy environment, it comes with ear plugs for that but what’s the point I might as well use my regular ear buds

Great for running

These are great for being able to listen to whatever and still be aware of your surroundings. However I feel you sacrifice some sound quality, as you don’t get the lows very well. I work construction and love that they present no safety issue. Your scenario will determine if they are right for you.

Mostly hands free calling

My family loves all of the Aftershokz bone conducting headphones. These are the least likely to break because they are the most flexible. We love that we can listen while out on a run/walk and still hear if a car is coming up behind you...or if a family member is calling. Highly recommend.

Love this product, except for the unique magnetic charging cable. Id love to use this product more, except I cant charge it anymore because the charging cable is probably stuck to the bottom of some airplane seat or whatever metal object it last came in contact with.
