> 3 dayMore the first month I had this and the SN30Pro I had a hard time finding any flaw. While the pro is great for my retro game and metroidvania needs. Its does cause discomfort after just a few hours on and shooter or AAA title. The pro+ is great for extended periods of time and after 6+ hours of sweaty Apex Legends I have zero discomfort. Smaller than the xbone controller and just slightly larger than a PS controller in where your palms rest. The ultimate software is awesome for quick swaps of almost anything but has a learning curve when it comes to the macro. As well as the semi/full/burst fire options. Theres not really a definitive guide to the software either so expect to sink time into learning it. My only problem came around a month after owning it. When all of a sudden I started getting really delayed inputs on bt as well as full presses of the joystick from partial presses. Like it had become sentient or something. After a week of this happening every 5 min or so I reached out the their amazing support team. Which helped me fix the problem right away. As I write this the most recent software v4.01 fixed all my issues and Im back loving this controller.

> 3 dayMy husband loves this controller it is more conforable for when he is playing his switch. However the Amazon delivery service was not so great as they threw the control on my porch. I am thankful nothing is broken however still not thrilled about the handling of my package

> 3 dayI bought this controller for myself after viewing multiple good reviews on YouTube. I wanted a wireless controller I could use to play Nintendo Switch games with my son. I can’t stand the joycons that come with the Switch! They’re so small and uncomfortable! This controller is modeled after the Super Nintendo controller with the addition of grips to hold on to that increase comfort. I’ve been able to play for many hours on a single charge. The only thing I haven’t liked so far is that it occasionally has some difficulty pairing with the Switch. Other than that it’s a great controller and I’d highly recommend it.

> 3 dayBetter material, better design, more intuitive, better suited for BOTW, better construction, and compatible with anything. This controller is a masterpiece, while the pro (nintendo) controller has issues in all of the categories listed above. Most notably wobbly hand grips that are not one piece in frame but the third, and a garbage D-pad that would make Ken and Ryu go home and be a Family Man, along with clunky buttons.

> 3 dayThis is the first off-brand controller Ive bought where the buttons all work in every game! Its a great value for the price and is very aesthetically pleasing; definitely more so than the official Nintendo Pro Controller. The charging is very easy with USB-C and lasts a very long time. I havent had to charge it again since I got it, and its been around 3 weeks. If youve been using the Nintendo Joycons connected together or the Nintendo Pro Controller, it takes a second to get used to the placement of the stick and the d-pad, but its not bad. I used to play a lot of Playstation, so it made sense to me. The vibration is also a little aggressive, which I like, but can be adjusted. Its also a little large for my hands, but the added compatibility with PC, Mac, and smartphones is a worth it trade off.

> 3 dayI play on PC and my XBOX360 controller started to fall apart. Finding a new 360 controller thats under $100 is a nightmare. The other controllers I looked at were either very cheap looking or highly customizable and overly expensive. The SN30Pro+ was just what I was looking for. Fairly priced, sturdy and comfortable on the hands. I did have to adjust to the parallel analog stick grip which didnt take that long since I played PS2 back in the day. The only real complaint is that the USB C cord that the controller came with was a bit short. There carrying case was nice as well. As for switch compatibility: I dont have a switch personally, but hoping it up to my friends system was easy enough and it responded well. I would say this is a good alternative to the official controllers since its about 20 to 30 dollars cheaper. There are features missing like nfc and turning the system on remotely which should be noted.

> 3 dayI am running mac osx and use this with the OPENEMU emulator. It was instantly recognized and easily programmable. This feels great in the hand as far as ergonomics go. The buttons are responsive. The d pad is PERFECT. I tried this on MAME, NES, SNES, N64, PS1 AND GENESIS games and had no issues at all. This is a Snes controller with analog sticks and hand grips. Make no mistake this is a quality product.. ---HOWEVER--- When I connected this via bluetooth there was an apparent lag. So I plugged this in with the usb cable and turned off bluetooth and the lag was gone (this is my preferred method)... SO pick your poison. For me this is no big deal as I have no problem with cords but apparently some people do.
