Amazon Basics External Hard Drive Portable Carrying Case

It fits well with HDD passport, very handy to protect your external hard drive.

The faux ballistic nylon has a nice texture and the molded plastic frame is very flexible but rigid enough to protect my drive. I have a WD Metal drive which fits with plenty of room to spare inside. The mesh pocket for the cable is very spacious as well. If youre looking for super svelte, however, this case isnt the one. It bulks up your drive a lot, but thats obviously in return for cable storage and great protection. Only concern: the flexible rubber zipper pull is really flimsy and looks like it could tear off or even melt off.

These are hard shell cases which I prefer to the soft neoprene cases by WD. Plus these were way cheaper than any others on line or in town. Buy one and try it.

This is a very nice case for the price and definitely needed if you wish to carry this drive place to place. I have a USB flash drive that I have setup as a Windows 7 installer and with this case I can not only carry the cord without worry of losing it but I can also carry the flash drive with it.

Perfect case for the My Passport. Im very glad I got this. Served me well on my trip, keeping my Passport protected.
