This was purchased for a Western Digital My Passport 500 GB. It is well made. The hard drive fits well, with room for a USB cable in the mesh elastic pocket.

Hard shell with fabric outer layer. Inside has an elastic band to hold unit in place and other side has elastic netting to hold your cable and booklet. Good little unit for the price. Buy it.

Expected it to be little bigger to place the connectors in the case.
