Greater than one weekI ordered this part to upgrade my gaming PC, and it works pretty well! It certainly isnt the most amazing processor ever, but its more than adequate to run the games I want to play. You can do your own research on what processor is the best bang for your own buck on that one; Im not going to guarantee that itll suit your needs. If you find that after research that it does indeed fit the bill, however, the price listed here and now (~$170) is excellent.

Greater than one weekAnswer - ryzen 5 5600x. Everything about this was smooth, install was easy. Computer and windows setup, easy. Being able to game on this cpu with my 2070 super works very well. My gpu can finally achieve 99% usage! Muauahahha! (Upgraded from the 2600x)

> 3 dayI would not recommend AMD CPUs. I bought this and a pin ended up getting bent. I didn’t notice (they are so small) putting it in my motherboard and it got bent worse. I eventually tried to fix it and ended up breaking the pin off. These pins are so fragile. AMD doesn’t warrant the pins and worse yet doesn’t repair them. A single broken pin and I am out $300. That is what I get for trying to go back to AMD.
