The performance was expected as I did enough research pairing it with my 3070, bought from Amazon US no damage to the product and everything was good

I use the R7 5800X paired with a RTX 2070 Super for 1440p gaming (mostly FPS games) and multiple other applications simultaneously. It performs as Id expected: better than the R5 3600, but consumes more energy and outputs more heat as a result. I use a combination of good cooling (280mm AIO) and a moderate under-volt to maintain high performance and reasonable temperatures.

An amazing upgrade from the ryzen 5 3600! Cpu runs a little too hot without any tweaks but with ryzen master I lower the voltage to 2.5V and still get to keep the 4.7ghz, which helps with temps. Also disabling PBO in the bios helped a lot also. Would recommended getting this cpu! In destiny I noticed a hugeeee difference from the 3600, before I would barely get 100 fps. With the upgrade I managed to hit over 130fps and drops to 110 but quickly picks back up, was tested on dares of eternity so its pretty heavy. On overwatch 2 i get over 500fps with the settings set to low before i would get 270 and dips, on ultra managed to get 144fps with the 3600 but can squeeze 240 to 260 at times. Its paired with the 2080. Would highly highly recommend getting this cpu! All the settings were on 1080p.

Yo, je suis une un water cooling custom et je peux dire que j’ai été surpris. Lors de la première installation, le processeur varie de 1.0 à 1.5 en tension ce qui le fait chauffer à 50c sur le bureau et 78c en jeux. Je pense que pour des personnes avec un Ventirad si il ne connaisse pas l’overcloking, il vont se retrouver avec un processeur qui surchauffe. Veuillez donc mettre la tension à 1.2 constant et mettre les MHz à 4,6

The first one that I received was not quite right, my computer was still having issues but when we replaced it with the new one which Amazon replaced with no issue, it worked perfectly.

Best series of gaming / workstation CPUs by a long mile. Ryzen 5000 series has legit put intel to shame here. Delivery was on time, and absolutely thrilled to get one through Amazon amidst this shortage season.
