*Buyer beware* (Caveat emptor) ! For Three Hundred Pounds (£298.49), you would Expect this Processor to come with a standard AMD Wraith Prism Heatsink Cooler but it WONT ! Like me, All you will get is the Processor and a cardboard box...! So be prepared to pay out even more money to buy yourself an after-market Heatsink Cooler. In all honesty I feel like Ive been a victim of deliberately deceptive advertising. My advise is; Be Very, VERY careful to look for what is >NOT< written in the addvert description. Sometimes expecting Honesty can cost you money...!

Was able to catch one of the preorders using one of the many stock notification apps. Originally supposed to ship mid-December but Amazon kept moving up the ship date up. Actually received it on November 30. Was a nice surprise. Like other comments, it was shipped in a flimsy Amazon white bubble bag. Not ideal for such an expensive package. The end of the CPU box was partially crushed, but the seal was not broken and the end with the CPU was not messed up. So luckily no issues.

The free game promotion is a lie. AMD does not actually care if you get the software or not. The AMD promo website is buggy, Product Verification Tool (PVT) is finicky and for me it instantly crashes when I click verify. I did some searching and it seems that A LOT of people have been unable to claim their promotional items. I contacted Amazon support and it seems they dont care either and can do nothing about the issue.

Bought this baby at best buy, price matched micro center at 380$ brand new.

Fantastic performance. Able to stream easily with little effect. Thermals have been fine for me so far with no overheating issues.
