AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-core, 32-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor

Ended up needing to buy a second one of these after the first one turned out to be the cause of constant crashing on a new pc build. No luck sending it back to this conpany but they were nice enough to sell me a replacement at full price. Next time I’ll go straight to the manufacturer

With the old G.Skill DDR4-4000 cl18 Memory (Single Rank, 2x8gb) I have, I was able to clock the RAM to 4000mhz, manually adjust the timings, and set the F-Clock to 2000mhz. In Cinebench r15 Im able to get a score of close to 4700. Here soon Im going to try with a different kit of dual rank 4000mhz memory with better timings.

Had this processor just over a month so Amazon wouldnt let me return it, had it in a brand new ROG Crosshair VIII Dark hero and in less than a total of 6 hour uptime while playing a round of Apex the PC crashed never to Post again. Have to RMA with AMD what a horrible nightmare its been. Did everything right and trouble shot it to hell,no go.buyer beware AMD is not all its cracked up to be for its price point.

Glad prices are under MSRP for once. Buy it.

Can run all my software without any lag.

the promotion game thing is scam you will spend 15 min filling out everything to claim it and you get sorry cant process at this time and that is the code has been used and you GET NOTHING. i call that fraud.

My machine runs a lot faster. Upgraded from a 3900XT and theres a big difference in performance.
