> 3 dayAfter watching a YouTube video, I decided to have a go at rescreening and replacing the rollers on my tattered screen door. The replacement rollers came with simple instructions and it was literally a snap! If you can read, you can do this. I expect these rollers to last another 20 years like their forerunners. I highly recommend this DIY project and these rollers.

> 3 dayThese bottom replacement wheel assembly for my Anderson sliding screen door (that came with my Anderson sliding patio door bought at HD 5 years ago) appear to be the exact same part and they easily slip into where they belong. I believe if you cautiously remove your old ones without damaging them you could easily clean them up and go to HD and match and change only the wheel part of this whole assembly which would cost you probably only $5.00. However HD did tell me if you do not replace the complete wheel assembly with Anderson parts you will void the Anderson warranty of the screen door. Probably not a big deal but something to think about. HD & Lowes do not sell this exact wheel assembly, but they do sell many different size & shape screen door wheels without the assembly. Another thing is it would be nice if this seller shipped the top wheel assembly that I ordered at the same time together with these. Please note that I was aware that only the bottom wheels were Amazon Prime next day. So i sit half completed with my screen door project.

Greater than one weekLived with busted wheels for years and finally could not move the door any more. Would have replaced the whole door if I had found the right size. Luckily I pulled the old wheels out and (after failing to find anything on Andersens own site) found these matching ones. Actually installing them was easier than extracting the old ones. I do not have a lot of confidence that this plastic will withstand the sunlight and seasons, but they are cheap enough to replace every 5-10 years.

> 3 dayThis goes in the category of why didnt I do this before. Ive put up with the original rollers for a long time, I dont remember how long exactly. Maybe they rolled as nicely as these do but of they did I dont remember it. Even without instructions changing these out was less than a 5 minute job including taking the door off and putting it back on again and with a very slight adjustment they roll beautifully again. Hint for people who have trouble getting the old ones out, there is a hole at each end of the screen door, stick something long and thin in it and pry TOWARD the roller. They will pop right out. My wife complained that they are plastic, but I assume that is so they wont rust. At $15/pair just change them out every 10 years or sooner and have a great rolling door.

> 3 dayCheaper than going through the brick and motor stores. Super easy to install. My only concern is the plastic construction. Only time will tell.
