Anti-theft Classic Essential Messenger Bag, Nutmeg

Love this purse/bag for travel. I thought it would be a little bigger, but it works great for carrying items like sunglasses, wallets, small tablets, cords, snacks, etc. and I love the clasp/safety features.

Sent it back. Material seemed fine, but not large enough for my Kindle Fire.

Great bag for what its worth. Served the purpose as a travel bag. Glad ordered brown, instead of black for a change. Using the bag now as my purse. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

This is the 3rd Travelon Anti-Theft Classic Essential Messenger Bag I have purchased. The first two had 5 credit card slots, the newest one only has 3. Come on Travelon, that is not good! Also, the newest one does not have a slot to hold a pen. That is not good! Get your act together and make us happy!

This is my favorite travel bag and also perfect for work everyday. It holds plenty of items, good organization and lightweight. I like the adjustable strap and all the safety features. I would purchase this in another color. I carried this on my cruise and continued to use it for months after my trip.

Lays nice as a cross body. Surprisingly roomy. It was just the right size for traveling and 2months later Im still using it.

Great purse. Just love it and the price is better than the other brands.

Smaller than expected and the color is definitely not gray

I loved this purse! I recently traveled to England and was targeted by thieves pretending to be friendly. I absolutely credit this purse for discouraging them, as they could not pickpocket me or slash and grab it. I also was wearing it cross-body, which also helped. We had taken pictures with them and it was so creepy to see how they had me surrounded. A definite recommend!

This purse is a PITA....which is good for deterring thieves, but not good for every day use. The mouth of the purse (opening) is small, so it makes it difficult to wrestle your wallet out of it or to grab your sunglasses. The little zipper-to-bag connection clips are cool, and when I did not use them, I felt like I was just not utilizing the bag as intended. It also made me feel like there were robbers lurking everywhere...I know, probably just me. It seemed to make me more aware of everything around me; good mostly, but man, exhausting. The material is that shiny, slick kind of material like a very heavy windbreaker. Apparently, that makes it slash proof. I can see that this purse will work well if you are on vacation and want a thief-deterring purse for your things, but for the daily, its a no-go for me.
