Everything works great with the iPad, however the charger that came with it isn’t Apple certified, it’s a 5v knock off brand charging cube when this iPad needs the 12v Apple certified cube as well as the fake the cord it came with. 5v charger cube destroys battery life and charges 1% every 10 minutes

I was upset that I did not get a full refund. No one was communicating with me. I did eventually get a full refund after unattaching the iPad to my apple account. I did buy another from them before I sent the broke one back and it is working fine.

I wanted an Apple Ipad Air but the new ones are out of my budget. So I opted for the refurbished one. The item looks like band new and there are nothing else to indicate it was a refurbished one, except for the packaging. So far there are no issues with this item. The battery life is very long as well as the performance is very reliable.

The charger given does not charge the ipad. We tried there school charger they have done there online schooling and works perfect. Wouldnt charge with the one sent or the one I bought. Strange

Spent $500 dollars for a refurbed iPad that has cheap Apple rip off Charger that is defective.

I tried to turn on the ipad, and I found something , the color was white in the screen, and it was always there, seems like something in the ipad, there was some problem for the screen, so not worth that much money.

This unit works perfectly (I use it for drawing), its my 1st apple product and it works really nicely. It quick startup and it includes a charging cable too so I dont need to look for one. Very pleased with my purchase.
