I was watching YouTube when the screen went black and I couldn’t see nothing but it’s still on , I don’t get it anyways I had barely got 5 hrs ago

FOR THE SHORT TIME THAT I OWN IT WORKS GREAT NO ISSUES.

The screen went unresponsive in 4 months for no reason. I was in the middle of playing Stardew valley and the touch screen just stopped working. Contacted woot and they cant do anything about it bc its pass 90days....... Sucks that was $400. Im really sad about it. Wasted money and I was really enjoying the iPad.

Product was working well. Everything ran smoothly and to be expected. Overall pleased with product.

Good condition battery lasts

Ordered this for my toddler for Christmas. Was very excited that it came on Christmas Eve. Turned it on to set it up, about an hour later, the screen had lines through it and just blacked out. When I turned it back on, the screen was completely malfunctioning. Sent it back immediately. It’s taking too long for the seller to respond. I need my refund so I can buy her another iPad. Won’t be going the “excellent refurbished” route again. She didn’t have an iPad for Christmas

I found that this item was good for the money. The thickness was just right. Everything was great.

The iPad I received began flashing a purple screen frequently restarting (5-10 times a day), rendering it pretty much useless. At the apple store, they said it was due to the item having a counterfeit screen. Customer service was useless and told me they could not replace the item. Then when I inquired about receiving a counterfeit product, they stopped responding all together. The replacement screen will cost me about $150. What a waste; I could have bought something new directly from Apple with the amount of money Im shelling out to fix the broken product they sold me.

Ipad was in good shape but didn’t come with any of the original parts included chargers or cable. The wall charger it came with isn’t even cable of charging the iPad since it is a 5w charger and not the 12w charger iPads come with. The listing should specify this somewhere and to my knowledge it doesn’t.

10/10 DONT THINK ABOUT IT JUST BUY IT!! this ipad is brand new spanking new i love it works amazing i got the “excellent condition” one.
