Screen does not work! I bought this for my 13year old for Christmas & the screen went black in an hour & will not power off or work again. I am beyond upset because of the price tag. Currently waiting to hear what they’re doing about it

Nice but packaging should be more secure like more padding in the box where the ipad is.

The touch screen stops working. It suddenly ceases to respond to taps, slides, or anything. You have to wait for about 10 seconds and then it becomes usable again. This happens many times a day.

Product was working well. Everything ran smoothly and to be expected. Overall pleased with product.

Charging port broke 2 days after the warranty/return expired. Touch screen is finicky and sometimes doesnt want to work. Part is not an easy fix and needs to be soldered back in costing almost as much as the ipad itself.

The screen developed a 1/2 wide black bar horizontally across the screen within within the first two weeks of use. The unit was not dropped or abused in any way and used only by an adult

It is a great purchase, no scratches or blemishes. Would happily buy another one.

Purchased this as renewed, but it is very much like new. Screen and back are flawless as is performance. I purchased this for my grandson and it was hard to give it up. Might have to buy one for myself!

We had wanted to get a brand new iPad because it was a gift. Unfortunately, there were none to be found in the price we were willing to pay for an 11 year old’s toy, so we went with this one. We read Amazon’s definition of renewed and refurbished and renewed seemed better and a little more expensive. We went with renewed since it was a gift. When we received the iPad, it was packed well and looked good. My one issue was, on the side of the box there was a sticker describing the type of iPad in the box and part of the description was the word “refurbished”. We had specifically purchased what was supposed to be a renewed iPad, not a refurbished iPad. Disappointing.
