> 3 daySo I ordered this for my daughter. Tested and the charging port did not work I called and the service was ok on the phone. I send it back the iPad arrived with the screen broken and they did not repaired or changed for another one they just send it back to me and a email that they can’t repaired because of the screen broken. The cane they send you is super cheap. I was trying to save some money and now I will spend more money on fixing it.

The item looks like band new and there are nothing else to indicate it was a refurbished one, except for the packaging. So far there are no issues with this item. The battery life is very long as well as the performance is very reliable.

> 3 dayWe had wanted to get a brand new iPad because it was a gift. Unfortunately, there were none to be found in the price we were willing to pay for an 11 year old’s toy, so we went with this one. We read Amazon’s definition of renewed and refurbished and renewed seemed better and a little more expensive. We went with renewed since it was a gift. When we received the iPad, it was packed well and looked good. My one issue was, on the side of the box there was a sticker describing the type of iPad in the box and part of the description was the word “refurbished”. We had specifically purchased what was supposed to be a renewed iPad, not a refurbished iPad. Disappointing.

> 3 dayProduct wouldnt keep a charge. The way i understood, if not satisfied it could be returned within 90 days for a FULL refund. Must have been charged almost 50% restocking fee. Tried to contact them twice, never heard from the company as to why. Will never purchase from them again.
