I definitely recommend buying this product. Works perfect and only has a few scuff marks. No dents. Exactly as described.

Good condition battery lasts

Id been looking around for an affordable Ipad option to use for travel, and this one fits the bill. You wouldnt know it was renewed by looking at it. Its in wonderful shape. I added a renewed Logitech Slim Folio keyboard case, and am ready to take it on my next trip! Very pleased with the item and the price.

My wife and I were looking to upgrade her moms aging 2015 vintage iPad as a Christmas gift. Both of them depend on their iPads for everyday use: emails and web browsing, FaceTime, and extensive streaming media. Upon weighing all the new and used options we settled on renewed 64GB 2019 3rd Generation iPad Air. It ticked all the boxes: lightweight, good camera, great display, and plenty of storage. Add to it that the seller had graded the product as being in excellent condition and could ship it quick for a competitive price and we were sold. The package arrived on time despite being ordered just two days before Christmas. Upon opening we thoroughly inspected it, and am pleased to say that except for a single tiny scratch on the screen, the product looked brand new! We then set about testing the functionality and were again completely amazed that everything worked just as you would expect from a new unit. Bluetooth, Wi-fi, Speakers, Microphone, Cameras, ports and buttons all in good working order. The most impressive thing to us however was the battery life - the renewed iPad held up as well as my wifes 2021 iPad Pro under the usual daily usage demands. In fact, we were so pleased with the quality and performance of this item that when my wife accidently water-logged her new(ish) Pro about 10 days later, we purchased a SECOND unit exactly like the first as a replacement. For the way she uses her iPad, this product met or exceeded all expectations, and was $600 less than a renewed Pro. Highly recommend!

This was the most disappointing purchase ever. My daughter saved for this and it arrived with a passcode and someone else picture. It came with paperwork about “must remove password” which was obviously not checked.
