Ive never bought a refurbished product before so I was a little nervous, but the quality is great and looks basically brand new. Its amazing for the price. I think my only complaint is that charging it takes longer than I thought it would, but Ive also never had an iPad before so its likely just a regular thing.

Everything works great with the iPad, however the charger that came with it isn’t Apple certified, it’s a 5v knock off brand charging cube when this iPad needs the 12v Apple certified cube as well as the fake the cord it came with. 5v charger cube destroys battery life and charges 1% every 10 minutes

You won’t get any complaints from me, the device suits me just fine.

I have to repeatedly touch the screen to type a word or play a game. Screen response is shot.

Ipad was in good shape but didn’t come with any of the original parts included chargers or cable. The wall charger it came with isn’t even cable of charging the iPad since it is a 5w charger and not the 12w charger iPads come with. The listing should specify this somewhere and to my knowledge it doesn’t.

Item was exactly as described. It was delivered on time and in perfect working order. I have been using it for 2 weeks of flawless order.

The iPad stopped charging after 2.5 years of barely being used. before it stopped chargingI had problems with the touch screen and had to call apple several times . Apple support was not able to help and the cost for repair plus the wait and the time wasted waiting for it not worth it. Regret buying the product.
