Works perfect I’ve had no problems with it at all

Issue with model number was quickly handled and replaced without hassle. Great refurb product and easy to work with!

Product wouldnt keep a charge. The way i understood, if not satisfied it could be returned within 90 days for a FULL refund. Must have been charged almost 50% restocking fee. Tried to contact them twice, never heard from the company as to why. Will never purchase from them again.

Ordered this for my toddler for Christmas. Was very excited that it came on Christmas Eve. Turned it on to set it up, about an hour later, the screen had lines through it and just blacked out. When I turned it back on, the screen was completely malfunctioning. Sent it back immediately. It’s taking too long for the seller to respond. I need my refund so I can buy her another iPad. Won’t be going the “excellent refurbished” route again. She didn’t have an iPad for Christmas

Love that it came with a case and how it ran

The charger given does not charge the ipad. We tried there school charger they have done there online schooling and works perfect. Wouldnt charge with the one sent or the one I bought. Strange

After a week it stop charging so I requested a replacement was told they dont have any instock even this they still have the post up to order. Soni got a refund

So far so good. It works well. As refurbished, it does have a few wear scuff, but the screen is in great shape and it’s working well. My only complaint is that they sent it with an IPhone charging block, so it took more than 8 hours to charge. Once I realized it needed a different charging block (12W or 18W, not 5W that came with the iPad) I bought one. It’s now charging as expected. Would’ve given 5 stars if it came with the correct charging block.

Receiving the item was one day before expected date. The item was well wrapped & matching the specs written in the amazon site.
