Greater than one weekArches is the bomb! I have used nothing else with as much success for the last 30 years. It holds up well, it is responsive and durable, and it shows off the pigment without deadening it. As a watercolor artist, I have used both the large sheets and the smaller sizes, and each time the paint dries without buckling the paper. You cant go wrong with it. And you will be very happy that you are painting on it.

> 3 dayUsing this paper in my art classes. It makes a big difference using good paper with how the paint sits on the page and responds i.e how it is absorbed. Much nicer result.

> 3 dayThis paper is awesome! And in the block even better as I was doubly frustrated with other paper having to be stretch and being substandard. I am staying with this brand! If you are looking for a white paper though this isnt

> 3 dayThe pad is wrapped tightly with black plastic inside, with instructions to open it with a palette knife. Even if a water colorist has a palette knife, it takes real caution to extract a page without ripping it. I love Arches paper and thought it would be convenient to have pre-cut paper, but it was a bad choice. Very disappointed.

> 3 dayI bought this for my granddaughter. She is a beginner watercolorist. I think these blocks are great as they have good quality paper and the block holds it flat so that it will not buckle and pool the paint...which is very frustrating for a beginner. Ive used these myself. Very convenient.
