> 3 dayDo yourself a favor. If you really want to paint watercolor, buy quality products. Believe it or not, paper can have more of an effect on your painting than paint (except for crappy, no-name, cheap paint). And a watercolor block is SO much easier to work with than a single sheet of paper. Especially if you travel, paint outdoors, dont always have access to your GatorFoam Board. You will be much happier with your results, using Arches paper.

> 3 dayThis is probably the best paper for watercolor and it was much less expensive on Amazon. I love using the block of paper and then separating it after the painting is done. That enables the painting to stay flat and not curl up.

> 3 dayi love this paper and how it is taped down on the sides. I recently got some 300 lb paper from the same manufacture and like it better

> 3 dayIts crazy; Ive used Strathmore before and its very nice but then my friend gave me a piece of this paper. Just the look of it is amazing; the texture is wonderful and it feels great and thick. The color looks brilliant on it, even with cheaper paints. Now strathmore is for my fun small projects and this paper is for my big ones.
