Greater than one weekThis is all I’d use and have done so for the last 4 builds over many years. Currently used with a Zalman cooler on an Intel 9900k cpu. So far nothing’s exploded or melted.

> 3 dayUsed this when I replaced a graphics card in my late 2013 Mac Pro that had failed(old paste had dried hard and was useless) so I decided to redo it on both cards the temps on the cards was 120 degrees Fahrenheit max under load and in the mid 90s at idle.
