> 3 dayThe product works as described and pulled off my balancer with ease. The only thing that would help is if the puller locked into place until you could tighten it down enough.

Greater than one weekThis worked perfectly with the 2005 Chrysler 300,keep in mind that you will need to pull the pins out and take the jaw legs apart to attach them to the crank pulley ,then you will need to assemble the puller to get it to fit inside the crank pulley, also you will need to find the right size rod ,i used the second down from the biggest.

> 3 dayHad a very stubborn dampener that had already destroyed 2 of the chinese crap pullers from HF. Took longer to set this puller up correctly than it did to pull the dampener. Hint: add a very thin amount of anti-seize on the threads when assembling and always check and clean the threads before each use to prevent possible galling and this tool should outlive you.

> 3 dayARES manufactures superior tools made in Taiwan by workers who are rightfully proud of their superior engineering, machining, and metallurgy. This particular tool is designed perfectly to fit in the tight quarters of Chrysler products. Other so called Chrysler pullers do not fit because their parts are too crudely designed with fat arms. I used this tight quarters tool to pull the harmonic damper off the crankshaft on a Jeep Liberty 2.4 liter engine without removing the radiator. My only complaint is that ARES should include a tube of Extreme Pressure lubricant inside the otherwise well designed tool case. If you use Extreme Pressure lube on the threads, then this tool will never wear out.
