Great pulley puller, I used it to pull the balancer off of an LS1, it uses the longest of the included rods. Locks firmly on the balancer tabs and pulls straight off. Seems durable as well, but Ive only used it once. I would recommend this product...

This is the second one Ive owned. The first lasted 4 years and Im a dealership tech that mainly does heavy line so im pulling balancers off 5.3L, 6.2L v8 sometimes 2-3 a week and 3.6L v6 balancers frequently too. For the amount I use it and the price why would I spend $$$ when I can get this one for$$. My last one the threads blew out and Im actually pretty sure the apprentice did something retarded.

I saw several reviews for this and after trying three different types of balancer pullers and braking two of them I finally decided to purchase this one and give it a try. Packaging is good very small and won’t take up much room when stored. I used the longest rod in the kit to remove my LS balancer and it came off with ease. Wish I would have just done this from the beginning.

One the second time I used this tool. It didn’t work. It will no longer tread. I’m very unhappy.
